Cloud Storage and File Sharing
- OneDrive for Business: Cloud storage and file sharing with synchronization across devices. You can access OneDrive online or sync it with Windows File Explorer on your computer or laptop for easy file management.
Collaboration and Communication Tools
- Microsoft Teams: Chat, video conferencing, online meetings, and team collaboration platform.
- SharePoint: Intranet and team site creation for internal document management and collaboration.

| Zoom |
Zoom is a web conferencing tool available to all Minnesota State employees and students. Faculty may ask you to join a live synchronous meeting or watch an asynchronous recording. You may also create your own meetings to meet with faculty and other students. Zoom labels these gatherings as “meetings.” Your instructor may refer to these gatherings as class, sessions, etc.

Kaltura MediaSpace is a customizable, cloud-based video portal offered by Kaltura. It's used by ATC and ARCC and other System Office institutions to host, manage, and share video content securely. Think of it as a private YouTube used by the institutions.
