CISCO JABBER - Signing In

How To: Sign In to CISCO Jabber 

Steps: Starting from Desktop Shortcut

• Make sure you have a VPN (CISCO AnyConnect) connection
• Click on the CISCO Jabber desktop shortcut icon.

• Click on the "Sign In" button and sign in using your StarID and StarID password.
  • The first time logging into Jabber you use your actual college email address and starid password.
    • @anokaramsey.edu or @anokatech.edu
  • Then the username switches to your StarID and then you enter your password again.
    After this first time you only have to enter your Starid and password.

• Click on Cisco Jabber Icon on left side of display to open.

Steps: No Desktop Shortcut, Start from the Windows Start Menu

1. Click on the Start Menu. 
2. Open the Cisco Folder. 
3. Click on Cisco Jabber.

    4. Click on the "Sign In" button and sign in using your StarID and StarID password.

       5. Click on Cisco Jabber Icon on left side of display to open.
