| Service Description |
- All faculty, staff, and enrolled students will be provided a Microsoft 365 (M365) account.
- Your M365 credentials are also used to log in to your employee/student email.
- You will have one login for all Minnstate institutions, you are affiliated with, but you will receive an email address for each specific institution.
- If you attend multiple institutions your primary email address can be changed.
- Users can access M365 from the web from anywhere.
- Users can download and install up to 5 copies of Office 365 apps on personal devices.
- Students will have access to M365 for approximately 1 year after their last completed enrollment.
