Service Description
All faculty, staff, and enrolled students will be provided an Office 365 (O365) account. Your O365 credentials are also used to log in to your employee/student email. You will have one login for all Minnstate institutions, you are affiliated with, but you will receive an email address for each specific institution. If you attend multiple institutions your primary email address can be changed. Users can access O365 from the web from anywhere. Users can download and install up to 5 copies of O365 apps on personal devices. Students will have access to O365 for approximately 1 year after their last completed enrollment.
