Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Reset

Information regarding Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and MFA Reset Request
A short description to explain the nature of a ticket.

Information is needed to verify your identity. Complete the prompts below. A member of OIT will be contacting you to validate your identity. Once identity is validated, the reset will be submitted. The process takes approximately 20 minutes. You will then be required to setup MFA again upon logging in.

Provide StarID of current user of device
Sign into eServices and check the upper right for Student ID/TechID (8 digit number)
Reason for the MFA reset. For example: lost/stolen phone, new phone number, etc.
