Report a Device or Peripheral Issue

Service Description
  • Users can report issues with their college-provided devices and peripherals.
  • Peripherals include docking stations, external speakers, headsets, keyboards, mice, microphones, monitors, and webcams.
  • Device issues could include; the device not booting, the device freezing, error messages, and other irregularities. 
  • Need to request a loaner device, visit the following services:

  • Peripheral issues may be resolved by unplugging them and plugging them back in.
  • If possible, try restarting your device; this may resolve your device and peripheral issues.
  • If the device is an instructor station, please call the Service Desk at 1510, and select option 2 to report the issue.
