- Users can report issues with their college-provided devices and peripherals.
- Peripherals include docking stations, external speakers, headsets, keyboards, mice, microphones, monitors, and webcams.
- Device issues could include; the device not booting, the device freezing, error messages, and other irregularities.
- Need to request a loaner device, visit the following services:
- Do you need additional peripherals? Visit the service Peripheral Request.

- Peripheral issues may be resolved by unplugging them and plugging them back in.
- If possible, try restarting your device; this may resolve your device and peripheral issues.
- If the device is an instructor station, please call the Service Desk at 1510, and select option 2 to report the issue.
