			| The Student Loaner Program is only available to ARCC or ATC Enrolled students  
				Actively Enrolled students are eligible to check out a loaner device to support college learning.
				
					Only a limited number of loaner devices are available for check-outRequests may be declined based on availability and/or other considerations 
				Requests will be processed with-in 5 business days
				
					Confirmation will be sent to College-provided email accountStudents may pick up the loaner device after receiving email confirmation
					
						No Walk-In requests will be honored 
				Loaner devices are only available for pick up during Service Desk business hours
				
					Devices are provided on a first-come, first-served basis 
				Devices may be extended for a subsequent semester of an academic year if eligibility requirements are met 
				Devices must be returned if;
				
					The student is not enrolled for the active semesterThe student has dropped all classes for the active semesterAt the end of the summer semester of each academic year. No Exceptions |

				Students must be actively enrolled in the current semester of the academic year
				
					Academic year consists of the Fall thru Summer semesters 
				Students will be required to sign a liability form upon pick up of the loaner device
