Student Loaner Request

Service Description
  • Available loaner equipment available to currently enrolled students includes a laptop, hotspot, and web cameras
    • Equipment varies by campus, but requests can likely be accommodated given adequate lead time
  • Equipment is available for pick up during scheduled business hours only
  • Current & enrolled students are eligible to check out equipment to support distance learning
  • Equipment loaners are available for the current academic year only and must be returned at the last enrolled semester of the current academic year
Requirements
  • Students must be actively enrolled in the semester of the current academic year
  • Students will be required to sign a liability form upon pick up of the loaner equipment
    • Review the attachment for terms and conditions for the loaner equipment
