Service Description
Shared drives allow users to save files in a single shared location so others may easily access them.
Shared drives also grant users extra storage for their files.
There are specific drives for departments and network shares.
Shared drives will be accessible when connected to the college network or when connected via VPN.
Shared drives can be viewed from personal devices through the web portal.
Supervisors will need to request and approve access to shared drives via
Network Security Request (NSR)
