Student Loaner Request

Service Description
  • Limited number of loaner equipment is available to currently enrolled students includes a laptop, hotspot, and web cameras
    • Equipment varies by campus, but requests can likely be accommodated given adequate lead time
  • Equipment is available for pick up during scheduled business hours only
  • Current & enrolled students are eligible to check out equipment to support distance learning; however, requests may not be honored
  • Equipment loaners are available for the current semester only and must be returned or extended at the end of each semester.
Requirements
  • Students must be actively enrolled in the semester of the current academic year
  • Students will be required to sign a liability form upon pick up of the loaner equipment
    • Review the attachment for terms and conditions for the loaner equipment
    • Loaners are provided on an as-needed basis and first-come, first-served
  • Due to the popularity of the program, no walk-in requests will be honored
    • We require at least one-day lead time
    • Students may pick up the loaner device after they receive notification that the request is approved
    • Communication is done strictly through college-provided email
