Student Loaner Request

Service Description:

The Student Loaner Program is only available to ARCC or ATC Enrolled students 

  • Actively Enrolled students are eligible to check out a loaner device to support college learning.
    • Only a limited number of loaner devices are available for check-out
    • Requests may be declined based on availability and/or other considerations
  • Requests will be processed with-in 5 business days
    • Confirmation will be sent to College-provided email account
    • Students may pick up the loaner device after receiving email confirmation
      • No Walk-In requests will be honored
  • Loaner devices are only available for pick up during Service Desk business hours
    • Devices are provided on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Devices may be extended for a subsequent semester of an academic year if eligibility requirements are met
  • Devices must be returned if;
    • The student is not enrolled for the active semester
    • The student has dropped all classes for the active semester
    • At the end of the summer semester of each academic year.
    • No Exceptions
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Students must be actively enrolled in the current semester of the academic year
    • Academic year consists of the Fall thru Summer semesters
  • Students will be required to sign a liability form upon pick up of the loaner device
    • Review the attachment for terms and conditions of the loaner agreement
