Service Description
  • Request a new desk phone or configuration changes to how the phone(s) work in your area (i.e. which lines appear, etc.)
  • This request may be needed for new employees, positions, or office/campus location changes.
  • After selecting the "Request Service" button, please provide the requested information on the form to make it easier to fulfill your request.
  • Full-Time Faculty and Staff are eligible to request this service.
    • Extension Mobility is available to all Employees (Faculty and Staff)
