Online Student Forms: What to Do When You Can't Submit an Online Form

Problem: I am a student who is unable to submit an online form.

• I can't seem to submit the form needed for a particular college service.
• Examples: Orientation, Graduation, and Course Placement applications/forms.

Answer: Reset your StarID password.

• This issue is generally solved by resetting your StarID password.
• If you are still unable to submit your form after changing your StarID password, or if you need additional assistance with resetting your StarID password, please speak with a Service Desk Technician.

Note: Anoka Technical College uses "anokatech.goorientation.com" for its online orientation. 

• The log-in for this site is based on the student id and a password that is separate from the StarID password. 
• Work with the Anoka Technical College Orientation Team if you are unable to reset your password by using the "Reset Password" tool found on Anoka Technical College's Orientation web page.
