Question:
Will Zoom recordings that have been auto-saved to MediaSpace be deleted after 365 days?
When I create videos in Zoom and save to the Cloud, a copy of my recordings get saved to my MediaSpace account.
I received a message indicating my Zoom Cloud recordings will be deleted automatically after being stored for 365 days.
Does this mean my recordings will be deleted from my MediaSpace account too?
Answer:
Your recordings will
not
be deleted from your MediaSpace account.
Make sure your recordings are saved completely in MediaSpace—check your video once it is done processing.
Sometimes MediaSpace recordings get interrupted and the full recording may not get saved.
