Question: Will Zoom recordings that have been auto-saved to MediaSpace be deleted after 365 days?

• When I create videos in Zoom and save to the Cloud, a copy of my recordings get saved to my MediaSpace account. 
• I received a message indicating my Zoom Cloud recordings will be deleted automatically after being stored for 365 days. 
• Does this mean my recordings will be deleted from my MediaSpace account too?

Answer: Your recordings will not be deleted from your MediaSpace account.

• Make sure your recordings are saved completely in MediaSpace—check your video once it is done processing. 
• Sometimes MediaSpace recordings get interrupted and the full recording may not get saved.
