You are NOT able to change your password through the email system (or through Microsoft.com). If you do, the email password will not be linked to the StarID passwords. D2L, eServices and other StarID linked applications will not use the new password. DO NOT CLICK ON 'RESET IT NOW' OR 'FORGOT MY PASSWORD'. You will receive an immediate error message.
To ensure your password is correctly synchronized, you need to change your password through MinnState at starid.minnstate.edu. See Article - How do I change my StarID password for instructions on how to change your password.
