- OIT does not provide hardware support for personal devices, but we can assist with installing approved college-provided software.
- Software updates include software and operating system (OS) updates.
- Devices may experience performance and/or technical issues if they fall behind on updates.
- Devices connected directly to the college network or via VPN will receive updates automatically.
- If you are unsure if your device is up to date, submit a request, and OIT can assist.
- Faculty and staff can request a time to drop off their device for updates or schedule an appointment for remote assistance.
