Oracle Service Cloud is the program that allows users to participate in the "Ask Us" chat featured on the Anoka Ramsey and Anoka Tech websites.
Chat users can ask questions via instant messenger on the website. A support agent can rapidly answer a user's questions.
Users can request access or assistance with Oracle Service Cloud.
