- Supervisors can enter a request for New Employees campus and/or telework technology requirements.
- Loaner-Telework support:
- Faculty-Staff can enter a request for Loaner devices to support technology needs on campus or from telework location.
- Loaner equipment is available for pick up during Service Desk Open Lab hours.
- Lifecycle Replacement review:
- Faculty-Staff can enter a request to have the lifecycle of their assigned computer reviewed and replacement options identified.
- New Hardware purchase:
- Faculty-Staff with departmental approval can enter a request for additional technology equipment, which may include: desktop or laptop computer, tablet, monitor, docking station, printer, or scanner.
