- How do I open a shared file using virtual desktop (VDI)?
Answer:
- Navigate to Anokatech.edu and click email.
- Can use office.com as well and click sign in
- Sign in using your credentials.
- Username: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
- Password: StarID password
- Complete the MFA verification step
- Locate the shared file and click open.
- You are then prompted with the open or Download option
- Click Open
- Find your file, click on it, then click the ellipsis (three dots) and select "Download."
- You have two options for opening the downloaded file.
- Click the download icon in the top right corner of the browser, then select and open the file.
- Alternatively, open the downloaded file using File Explorer.
