Developmental courses

Summary

Response to the question: What is a developmental course?

Body

What is a developmental course?

Courses that start with a zero (0) are considered developmental courses and cannot be used to fulfill the graduation requirements for program majors. Examples of developmental courses include ENGL 0900 Essential Reading and Writing Strategies and MATH 0801 Basic Math.

A minimum of a "C" grade is required to meet developmental prerequisite requirements before enrollment in subsequent college-level courses.
