• Go to  servicedesk.minnstate.edu to view hours, contact information, and access the Minnesota State Service Portal.

• Use your StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID Password to log in (upper-right of page).

• Once logged in you can submit a request, view submitted tickets, search knowledge articles, and more.
