Question: I cannot retrieve the scores of students with a final grade of "F" in my D2L Brightspace course.

• Is there any way that this information can be reinstated?

Answer: Since the student had a failing grade, you would be able to view the students grade from the Enrollment Statistics page in the "Classlist" tool.

1. In your course, click "Communications".
2. Click "Classlist".
3. Click the "Enrollment Statistics" button.
4. Click the down arrow next to the student’s name.
5. Click "View Grades".
6. Preview how the gradebook would have appeared to the student by clicking the "Preview" option in the drop-down menu next to the student’s name.
