Perceptive Content (Imagenow): Experience Error

Why I am getting following error message when trying to access web version of Perceptive Content (Imagenow) Experience. 

• If on campus:
  • You have to be logged in on a staff/faculty station. Perceptive Content (Imagenow) or Experience wont work on a student station. 
     
• If teleworking:
  • Login into VPN.
  • Remote Desktop into ar-slate or your station on campus.  
  • Access Perceptive Content (Imagenow) or Experience from there.
