How To:

Enable CC (Closed Caption) on ZOOM recordings for others to be able to view.

Question: Why is not CC (Closed Caption) option showing on ZOOM recordings?

Resolution:

Sign it to ZOOM

  1. Recordings.
    Click on the recording you would like to make a change to.
     
  2. Click on Share on the top right. 
  3. Make sure “Viewers can see transcript” is on.
        
     
  4. Done
