Problem:
- My wireless connection is not working.
Steps:
- Open your Wi-Fi menu in Settings
- Tap the remembered network
- Tap Forget this Network
- Return to your Wi-Fi menu and tap the network again
- Use login credentials, username: email address and enter your StarID password.
