Steps:

1. Go to the D2L Brightspace Support site within Office 365/SharePoint.

2. Log in with the respective credentials:
   Students: Use your StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password
   Faculty, Trainers, Administrators and Staff: Use your StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
