Article Type: Zoom: How to quiet speaker when in another phone call
Steps:
- First click on the microphone in lower left to mute your microphone.
- In the Zoom session lower left corner of the Zoom window. Click on the up arrow to the right of the microphone.

- Then Click Audio Settings for the next screen.

- Then under Speaker, choose from dropdown (something other then the current speaker which should be your headset) the "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)" is a good one to try.

- Then slide the volume bar all the way to the left to mute the speaker.

- Then reverse actions after the phone call is done and you want to totally rejoin the Zoom session.
- Choose your speaker from the dropdown (generally your headset)
- Close Settings window.
- Un-mute your microphone.
