Question: What are the differences between quick stops & appointments?
Answer:
The Advising Office offers both appointments and quick stops!
Appointments are 30 minutes in length and are best for:
- registration/degree planning
- transferring (in or out)
- graduation questions or progress
- academic warning, suspension, or probation
- petitions
- holds on your account
- withdrawing from classes
Quick stops are approximately 5 minutes and are best for:
- quick add/drop
- placement test information
- Advisor's signature
