How do I accept my student loan?
First, make sure you are eligible for loans in your financial aid award within eServices by logging into your eServices and selecting Loans under Financial Aid. Complete the following steps in order for loan funds to be applied to your student account:
- Complete the pre-requirements for Entrance Counseling and the Master Promissory Note. (All students must complete these steps at EACH college they attend.)
- Request the amount you would like to borrow. Log in to eServices and then select Loans under Financial Aid.
A Financial Aid Officer must then certify the loan. Once it is certified, the funds will be disbursed to your account the following Tuesday. Please note that this process may take up to two weeks.
