If an institution you attended has permanently closed, the Minnesota Office of Higher Education may have your transcript on file. If you are still unable to obtain an official or unofficial transcript, you may waive your right to the Minnesota State Grant for the entire year or just temporarily waive your rights if you are still in the process of acquiring your transcripts. To waive your rights to the Minnesota State Grant program, complete the MN State Grant Waiver for the correct year found under Financial Aid Forms.
