Where do I find verification forms for financial aid?
If you know what verification forms are needed, you can find them here. Be sure to select the form for the correct year. Complete the forms in ink rather than typing them. Return the signed forms to the Financial Aid Office during business hours, place in the drop box located to the right of the Financial Aid Office, fax them to (763) 576-7721, or mail them to Anoka Technical College
