Forgot my FSA ID or FAFSA password

I can't remember my FSA ID/FAFSA password. What can I do? 

Unfortunately, we do not have access to that information. First, try the troubleshooting links "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" on the FAFSA login screen. This will prompt you to answer the challenge questions you selected or use a verified phone number/email address. Please note that if you successfully reset the information via the challenge questions, you must wait 30 minutes before accessing your account. If you are still having trouble logging in, contact FAFSA at 1 (800) 433-3243.
