How to Manage Clubs and Organizations Within the Campus Mobile App

• Clubs and Organizations are managed using the Campus Cloud online application.
• The Campus Cloud can be found at campuscloud.readyeducation.com.

• For instructions on adding new team members, view the knowledge base article How to Add and Edit Team Members. 
• When adding users, you can only grant access to the same clubs and organizations you have access to.
• New users will receive an invite link via E-mail from Ready Education to create their Campus Cloud account. 
• If the user manages clubs and organizations across multiple campuses, they will need access granted at each campus.  
• Edits will be reflected in the app within 3-5 minutes.
