End user gets error message "No connection profiles exist. Create a new profile." when trying to log in into Perceptive Content (Imagenow).
Resolution/Steps:
Connection Profiles

Edit connection profiles

Create
Enter following information:
Profile Name:
Default Profile
Server ID:
dimm.campus.mnsu.edu
Server Type:
Production
Port Number:
6000
Check the check box ‘
Use OpenID Connect’
Profile Name:
dimm (must be lower case)
Integration Server:
https://ecm.mnsu.edu/integrationserver
Check the check box
‘Automatically connect on launch’
Ok
Note:
No special access needed to complete this task. End users can complete this as well.
