Perceptive Content (Imagenow): "No conection profiles exist. Create a new profile."

Problem:

• End user gets error message "No connection profiles exist. Create a new profile." when trying to log in into Perceptive Content (Imagenow). 
  
  
  
   

Resolution/Steps:

• Connection Profiles > Edit connection profiles > Create
• Enter following information: 
  • Profile Name: Default Profile
  • Server ID:  dimm.campus.mnsu.edu
  • Server Type:  Production
  • Port Number: 6000
  • Check the check box ‘Use OpenID Connect’
  • Profile Name: dimm (must be lower case)
  • Integration Server: https://ecm.mnsu.edu/integrationserver
  • Check the check box ‘Automatically connect on launch’
  • Ok

Note: No special access needed to complete this task. End users can complete this as well.
