• How do I install Oracle Service Cloud (CRM) Rightnow on my station?
• How do I find installed software?

Steps: 

Note: 

• If you do not have a Oracle Service Cloud account please have your supervisor submit a request with OIT helpdesk. Please make sure that the request includes what permissions are needed. 
• When an account is created a temporary password will be sent. Username will always be your starID.

How to install Oracle Service Cloud?

ARCC Client

•  Using Microsoft Edge or IE go to  https://anokaramsey.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/anokaramsey.cfg/php/admin/launch.php
•  Select the top button “Install Oracle Service Cloud”.
•  Navigate through to the login window.  Your username is your StarID and your temporary password. (you might be asked to change your password).

How to find the installed software?

ARCC Client

•  The program should be under All Programs called RightNow (anokaramsey)​.

ATC Client

• The program should be under All Programs called RightNow (anoktech).
