Answer,
You can connect to VPN using Cisco AnyConnect on your Windows-based college device. If you do not have Cisco AnyConnect, please check "Software Center" to install the software.
- To connect please click on the Cisco AnyConnect desktop icon, or type Cisco AnyConnect into the search bar and click Cisco AnyConnect when it appears
- When the Cisco AnyConnect dialog box appears Anoka VPN should appear. If not select it from the dropdown box.
- If Anoka VPN is not available, you will need to enter the VPN addresses manually.
- ARCC: files.anokaramsey.edu
- ATC: vpn.anokatech.edu
- Click “Connect”

- Once connected you will be prompted to enter your credentials. You may see either box depending on your home campus.
- Username: StarID
- Password: StarID Password
- Click “OK”
- You will receive a dialog box stating you are connected. You can also check by clicking the show hidden icons button on the task bar at the right side of the screen.
