Perceptive Content (Imagenow): Data Encoding Error

When trying to submit a Perceptive Content (Imagenow) form following error comes up "Save form a data encoding error has occurred".

• Error can occur when a file is being submit. File name may contain special characters.
  • Rename the file and try to submit it again. 
• Error can also occur when the end user is copying and pasting text with special characters into the form fields.
  • Remove special characters.
